　私たち興和テバグループは、この国の安心できる医療のために、最先端の’ジェネリック環境’を提供し続けます。
　そのため、私たちは、以下の行動原則に基づき、高い倫理観を持って行動します。

１．私たちは、高品質で有用なジェネリック医薬品の開発・安定供給を通じて社会に貢献します。

２．私たちは、ジェネリック医薬品の適正使用を確保するために、品質・安全性・有効性に関する情報を迅速かつ的確に提供します。

３．私たちは、公正で自由な競争を通じ、ジェネリック医薬品の適正な取引と流通を行います。

４．私たちは、お客様、株主はもとより、広く社会とのコミュニケーションを行い、企業情報を適時かつ適正に開示します。

５．私たちは、個人情報・顧客情報をはじめとする各種情報の保護・管理を徹底します。

６．私たちは、地球温暖化防止等環境問題は人類共通の課題であり、企業の活動と存続に必須の要件であることを認識して、環境問題に自主的、積極的に取り組みます。

７．私たちは、従業員の多様性・人格・個性を尊重し、倫理観の高揚と資質の向上を図るとともに、安全で働きがいのある環境を確保します。

８．私たちは、良き企業市民として、社会貢献活動を積極的に行います。

９．私たちは、政治・行政との健全かつ正常な関係を保ちます。

１０．私たちは、市民社会の秩序や安全に脅威を与える反社会的勢力および団体に対し毅然として対決し、関係遮断を徹底します。

Teva-KOWA Group Behavior Charter

　We, Teva-KOWA Group, will continue to provide the most advanced ‘Generic Environment’ for the reliable medical services in Japan.
　Therefore, we will act with high ethical standards subject to the following behavior principles.

１．We will contribute to society through the development and stable supply of high quality and valuable generic drugs.

２．We will promptly and accurately provide information regarding quality, safety and efficiency of generic drugs in order to secure proper usage of generic drugs.

３．We will make an appropriate business and distribution of generic drugs through fair and free competition.

４．We will communicate with all of society, particularly with our customers and shareholders and will make a timely and appropriate disclosure of corporate information.

５．We will make best efforts to protect and control various kinds of information including information regarding individuals and customers.

６．We will recognize environment problems such as prevention of global warming as the ones shared by the entire humankind and essential conditions for business activity and existence of corporations and we will voluntarily and proactively deal with such environment problems.

７．We will respect the diversity of our employees, their personalities and uniqueness, and enhance their moral values and qualifications. At the same time, we will provide a safe and rewarding working environment to all our employees.

８．We will proactively conduct activities contributed to society as a good corporate citizen.

９．We will maintain regular and fair relationship in political and administrative fields.

１０．We will respond to the antisocial factions and groups which threaten the order and safety of the civil society in uncompromising manner and interdict any and all relationship with them.
